Our centre features purpose-built facilities with architecturally designed playgrounds, shaded play areas, sand pits, and a diverse range of toys and equipment that are regularly rotated to stimulate curiosity and engagement. We ensure that our outdoor and indoor spaces are safe and inviting, providing ample opportunities for exploration and play.

Our on-site cook prepares wholesome, nutritious meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients. These meals are included in your fees and are designed to support healthy growth and development. Meal times are a social highlight of the day, where educators sit with the children to encourage conversation and develop social skills. We welcome parent feedback on our menus to accommodate dietary preferences and requirements.

We offer an approved Kindergarten Program that operates five days a week, guided by our team of experienced educators. Our Kindy is renowned for excellence in Rockhampton, with Mary leading the program. Her passion and expertise in early childhood education ensure that every child receives the highest quality learning experience.

Building strong partnerships with families is a cornerstone of our approach. We actively use information provided by parents to tailor our care and educational programs, ensuring that each child feels secure and engaged as they learn and play.

To support busy working families, our centre is open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our qualified educators are dedicated to offering quality care and education tailored to your child’s developmental needs.

At My School Child Care & Kindergarten, our amazing centre cook prepares delicious, “home-style” meals and ensures that our menus are regularly updated to reflect the changing seasons and the children’s preferences. By using fresh, seasonal produce, we keep meals both nutritious and exciting, helping foster healthy eating habits from an early age.

As a Nut-Free Centre, we are committed to the safety and well-being of all children, particularly those with allergies. We kindly ask that parents refrain from bringing any nut products into the centre to help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
